As well as being a natural red meat,
buffalo meat is low in fat,
low in cholesterol,
and high in protein.
No antibiotics, chemicals
or growth hormones
are used in raising XH buffalo.

People interested in purchasing meat can do so by purchasing a half,
or a whole animal.
The meat from 18 to 21 month old yearlings is processed in a government
approved facility and will be cut and wrapped to suit customer wishes.
